MCTP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCTP2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,021 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM2, FCGBP, and DSCAML1. Each is linked with MCTP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM2 grouped by MCTP2-low versus MCTP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
