MCTP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,961 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIN3, ARHGAP25, and DPYD. Each is linked with MCTP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCTP1 versus RIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
