MCTP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCPS, MFN2, and DHDDS. Each is linked with MCTP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCPS grouped by MCTP1-low versus MCTP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
