MCTP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with MCTP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by MCTP1-low versus MCTP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
