Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCRIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCRIP2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MCRIP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCRIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and LIHC are the cancer types where MCRIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
