Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCRIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,675 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMS3, MSRB3, and TIMP3. Each is linked with MCRIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCRIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCRIP2 versus RBMS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
