MCRIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCRIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP138, RNU1-64P, and RNU6-815P. Each is linked with MCRIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCRIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP138 grouped by MCRIP2-low versus MCRIP2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
