Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCRIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are pDC. Each is linked with MCRIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCRIP2 results are reported.
