Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCRIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,488 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCRIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with MCRIP2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCRIP2 results are reported.
