MCPH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCPH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCPH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, CCDC25, and XPO7. Each is linked with MCPH1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCPH1-to-partner and partner-to-MCPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCPH1 versus CCAR2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
