Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCPH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,556 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCPH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere capping, Negative regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with MCPH1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCPH1-to-partner and partner-to-MCPH1 results are reported.
