MCPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, ACOT12, and PRDM7. Each is linked with MCPH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCPH1-to-partner and partner-to-MCPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by MCPH1-low versus MCPH1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
