MCM9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, CCL4, and UHRF1. Each is linked with MCM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM9-to-partner and partner-to-MCM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by MCM9-low versus MCM9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
