Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT1, SLC32A1, and KSR2. Each is linked with MCM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM9-to-partner and partner-to-MCM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRIT1 grouped by MCM9-low versus MCM9-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
