Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCM6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCM6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MCM6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LIHC are the cancer types where MCM6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
