Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCM6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCM6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MCM6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where MCM6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
