MCM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,278 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, POLA1, and CENPI. Each is linked with MCM6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM6-to-partner and partner-to-MCM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM6 versus GINS1 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
