Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, MCM5, and CDKN3. Each is linked with MCM6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM6-to-partner and partner-to-MCM6 results are reported.
