MCM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, A-Raf_pS299, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with MCM6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM6-to-partner and partner-to-MCM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by MCM6-low versus MCM6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
