Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,198 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with MCM6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM6-to-partner and partner-to-MCM6 results are reported.
