MCM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK7, RHOXF2, and CFHR5. Each is linked with MCM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM6-to-partner and partner-to-MCM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRK7 grouped by MCM6-low versus MCM6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
