Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,492 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome condensation, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, and Mitotic DNA replication. Each is linked with MCM5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM5-to-partner and partner-to-MCM5 results are reported.
