Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCM4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCM4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MCM4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCM4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where MCM4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
