Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCM4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCM4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MCM4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCM4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where MCM4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
