MCM2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, MCM5, and CDKN3. Each is linked with MCM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM2-to-partner and partner-to-MCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM2 versus CENPM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
