Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPCDC, RASSF1, and CINP. Each is linked with MCM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM2-to-partner and partner-to-MCM2 results are reported.
