MCM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,015 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAZ1B_S349, BUB1B_S543, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with MCM10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM10-to-partner and partner-to-MCM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM10 versus BAZ1B_S349 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
