Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,006 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are COCH, GINS1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with MCM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM10-to-partner and partner-to-MCM10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM10 versus COCH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
