MCM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, TFRC, and Akt_pS473. Each is linked with MCM10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM10-to-partner and partner-to-MCM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by MCM10-low versus MCM10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
