MCM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, ADGRE3, and KRT6C. Each is linked with MCM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM10-to-partner and partner-to-MCM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA8 grouped by MCM10-low versus MCM10-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
