Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCIDAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,693 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCIDAS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with MCIDAS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCIDAS-to-partner and partner-to-MCIDAS results are reported.
