Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCIDAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCIDAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL14, TEX46, and ASB17. Each is linked with MCIDAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCIDAS-to-partner and partner-to-MCIDAS results are reported.
