MCHR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,857 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1H, PPP1R9A_S840, and PYGL. Each is linked with MCHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR2-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 versus PPM1H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
