MCHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNJ2BP-COX16, RNU6-819P, and CDC27P1. Each is linked with MCHR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR2-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYNJ2BP-COX16 grouped by MCHR2-low versus MCHR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
