MCHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX4I2, SYT10, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with MCHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR2-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX4I2 grouped by MCHR2-low versus MCHR2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
