Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCHR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,059 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1F, MFNG, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with MCHR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCHR1 versus PPM1F in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
