MCHR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCHR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD9, SLC25A28, and MIER3. Each is linked with MCHR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD9 grouped by MCHR1-low versus MCHR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
