Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCHR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,959 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Nucleophagy. Each is linked with MCHR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR1 results are reported.
