MCHR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCHR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, GJA8, and SHCBP1L. Each is linked with MCHR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R2 grouped by MCHR1-low versus MCHR1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
