MCHR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCHR1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,210 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL3, SLC38A4, and SPAG17. Each is linked with MCHR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASAL3 grouped by MCHR1-low versus MCHR1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
