Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCFD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,233 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCFD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CILK1, FANCM, and TMEM87B. Each is linked with MCFD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCFD2-to-partner and partner-to-MCFD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCFD2 versus CILK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCFD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCFD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
