MCFD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCFD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCFD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-668P, MRPS21P8, and BTBD10. Each is linked with MCFD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCFD2-to-partner and partner-to-MCFD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-668P grouped by MCFD2-low versus MCFD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCFD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCFD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
