MCF2L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, Rad50, and ASNS. Each is linked with MCF2L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by MCF2L2-low versus MCF2L2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
