Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCF2L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCF2L data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MCF2L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCF2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, MESO, and SCLC are the cancer types where MCF2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
