Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,049 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCF2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, ATOH8, and SH3BGRL2. Each is linked with MCF2L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2L-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCF2L versus CAVIN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
