MCF2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCF2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA6, EIF3L, and SYNGR2. Each is linked with MCF2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2L-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA6 grouped by MCF2L-low versus MCF2L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
