MCF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,008 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS6L, CSRNP2, and PPM1K. Each is linked with MCF2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCF2 versus INTS6L in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
