MCF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,714 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKT3, SEPTIN4_S325, and ATP6V1A. Each is linked with MCF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCF2 versus AKT3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
