MCF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAZ1, ITGB1BP1, and RPARP-AS1. Each is linked with MCF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OAZ1 grouped by MCF2-low versus MCF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
