Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,023 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, and Regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with MCF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by MCF2-low versus MCF2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
